The Position
The President will serve as the senior executive, having and exercising overall leadership for Sterling College. This will include leading the faculty and administrative staff while setting and attaining the development, operating and academic programming goals which best fulfill the mission of the college.

The President of Sterling College is an ex-officio member of all Board Committees and reports to the Board of Trustees (25 members). Although the college is affiliated with The Presbyterian Church (USA), the college is wholly owned and governed by the Board of Trustees. They have final authority and responsibility in all matters of the institution.
